SUPER-EGO Tools, presents itself in the market as a company dedicated to the:
  • Design and development, marketing, distribution and after-sales service of tools and pipe tools, machines and equipment of the brand "SUPER-EGO".
  • All this for the installation, verification, inspection and maintenance of sanitary installations, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas and environmental technology.

Quality and environmental policy

  • To achieve customer satisfaction, helping them to obtain the highest profitability of the products we offer them, obtaining in return a fair economic return that ensures the continuity of the companies and the human team that composes it.
  • To acquire with the clients only commitments that SUPER-EGO Tools can fulfil, and then, to fulfil them in price, term, quality and other promised aspects, identifying and correcting the causes of the eventual non-fulfilments, responding also to the internal and legal requirements applicable to its products and services.
  • Comply at all times with the applicable legal requirements and commitment to environmental protection.
  • To create programmes in which the objectives and goals to be achieved are established, as well as their review and monitoring.
  • To have effective professionals, actively committed to the continuous improvement of the service through teamwork, satisfaction for a job well done and adequate internal training.
  • To promote an adequate level of information and communication of the employees with each client and with their colleagues, so that all of them benefit from the know-how and experience of the group of professionals that make up SUPER-EGO Tools.
  • Continuously improve processes wherever possible, with the aim of preventing contamination.
  • To maintain and improve the quality and environmental management system, making the staff aware of the importance of complying with the established requirements and motivating them to contribute to its continuous improvement.

Environmental requirements applicable to the supplier

SUPER-EGO Tools has implemented an integrated management system through which it controls all aspects related to quality and the environment.

This system includes the communication of the integrated policy and the environmental requirements applicable to our suppliers and subcontractors, without whose collaboration it would not be possible to guarantee the implementation of our environmental principles in the development of the works.

For this reason, we wish to convey to our suppliers and subcontractors the need for their behaviour to be consistent and in line with the same line of action as SUPER-EGO Tools and inform them of the importance of complying with both the principles described in our policy and the requirements established in this guide, with the aim of guaranteeing that their behaviour ensures the greatest respect for the environment at all times.

Suppliers of goods and services, including subcontractors can be classified into the categories listed below:

  • Suppliers of raw materials, product components and accessories.
  • Suppliers of chemicals and/or hazardous substances.
  • Suppliers of packaging.
  • Waste managers and transporters.
  • Transport companies
  • Authorised control bodies
  • Subcontractors and temporary work

Taking into account the impact that the products and services they supply to us may have on the environment, a series of general requirements and specific requirements are established according to the type of supplier in question.

General requirements for subcontractors and suppliers

  • To know and comply with the current national, regional and local legislation applicable to their activities, products and services in environmental matters.
  • To communicate to SUPER-EGO Tools any information and/or documentation that may be requested about the environmental aspects of their products and/or services.

Specific requirements

Suppliers of raw materials, product components and accessories.
  • Supply only materials that comply with applicable safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • Provide the corresponding quality and/or conformity certificates for the products supplied.
Suppliers of chemicals and/or hazardous substances.
  • Only supply materials that comply with the applicable safety and environmental standards.
  • To communicate to SUPER-EGO Tools any potential environmental or health and safety risk of their products and to send updated or provide the corresponding safety data sheet of the products supplied.
  • Inform SUPER-EGO Tools about alternative substances that are more respectful of the environment and the health of workers.
  • To label the packaging of chemical products in accordance with current legislation, including information on the risks, the basic safety measures to be adopted and the management of waste products and empty packaging that may be generated.
  • Provide SUPER-EGO Tools with a list of the regulations in force that regulate the limitations of use of the substances it contains or a certificate that there is no legislation of this type that affects it.
  • In the case of goods subject to ADR, send to SUPER-EGO Tools a copy of the Certificate of Approval of the transport unit and the Certificate of Training or Special Authorisation of the driver.
Packaging suppliers.
  • Supply only materials that meet minimum safety requirements and can be easily recycled or recovered.
  • Promote environmentally friendly production processes and the implementation of environmental management systems and/or environmental labelling of their products.
  • Guarantee that containers and packaging supplied do not exceed the toxicity levels established in the legislation (art. 13.1 of Law 11/97).
  • Provide information on more environmentally friendly packaging options.
Waste managers and transporters.
  • Send a copy to SUPER-EGO Tools of the company's current authorisation as a transporter or manager of the waste managed.
  • In the case of hazardous waste, complete and provide SUPER-EGO Tools with the control and monitoring documents (DCS) that guarantee the correct management of the waste.
  • Immediately communicate to SUPER-EGO Tools any incident that occurs as a result of the provision of its services and may have a significant impact on the environment.
Transport companies.
  • To provide goods movement services in accordance with the requirements established by SUPER-EGO Tools and the current regulations on motor vehicle emissions.
  • To carry out periodical revisions and adequate maintenance of their vehicles.
  • To drive efficiently and safely in order to minimise the emissions and fuel consumption of their vehicles.
  • To immediately report any accident that may have given rise to the spillage of the load transported during the provision of the service to SUPER-EGO Tools..
Authorised control bodies.
  • Send a copy of the accreditations available for the measurements/analyses to be carried out.
  • Send a copy of the calibration certificates of the equipment to be used for the measurements/analyses to be carried out.
Subcontracting and temporary work.
  • Rational use of natural resources such as: water, electricity, fuel.
  • In the event that hazardous waste is generated during the provision of the service, manage it in accordance with current regulations, sending SUPER-EGO Tools documentation that guarantees its correct management, as well as a copy of its registration as a producer of hazardous waste.
  • Communicate to SUPER-EGO Tools immediately any type of incident that may pose a risk to the environment.

Since 1994, SUPER-EGO has been certified by TUV Nord for ISO 9001 (quality assurance in the design, manufacture, distribution and after-sales service of our equipment and tools) and ISO 14001 (application of the principle of prevention and continuous improvement in environmental management), standards that have been periodically renewed up to the present day.
