Forging in Vitoria
Forging at SUPER-EGO is a crucial process in which we manufacture our own tools, heating the metal to its malleable point and then giving it the right shape, guaranteeing the quality and durability of our tools and satisfying the needs of our customers.
Aluminum foundry. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, our facilities handle heavy loads and execute forging processes with millimetric precision.
Gravity die casting. This consists of casting the molten metal into a mold and solidifying it under its own weight. It allows the production of short or long series of parts, with optimum quality and reduced start-up times.
Abadiño plant: Machining, heat treatments and painting module.
