The prices included in this price list are P.V.P., taxes not included. The sales prices to the professional are indicative and do not constitute a firm offer by SUPER-EGO TOOLS, S.L.U.. The prices valid for the invoice shall be those in force on the date of delivery. Due to changes in specifications, quantities, raw materials, cost of production or other terms and conditions, SUPER-EGO TOOLS, S.L.U. reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

1. These conditions correspond to the January 2023 Tariff which supersedes and cancels all previous ones.
2. The prices of this tariff are understood to be for goods delivered ex works.

We do not accept orders for a net amount less than 150 €..
We do not accept orders from Ceuta and Melilla for a net amount less than €350..
We do not accept orders from the Canary Islands for a net amount **less than €750 **.
**TRANSPORT AND HANDLING
The amounts of the orders of our three brands: ROTHENBERGER, SUPER-EGO and CLABER, recorded on the same day will be added together for shipping and handling.
1. Delivered with a 10% surcharge (for postage and handling): Orders from the Peninsula and Balearic Islands with a net amount between 150 € and 350 €..
2. Delivered without surcharges: All shipments with a net amount greater than those mentioned in the previous paragraphs.

Orders for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, over 750 € net, include insurance to the port of destination. It is recommended to all customers to check the perfect state of seals and packaging to remove the order from the carrier and proceed in case of abnormality, to the immediate complaint, within a maximum period of four days, the means of transport used by communicating in writing to SUPER-EGO TOOLS, S.L.U..
It is understood the acceptance by the Client of the articles, quantities, qualities and in his case the prices, if after 15 calendar days from the physical delivery of the same ones, he does not expressly manifest us his disagreement in writing.
FORM OF PAYMENT:** **
Payment to 60 days invoice date Neto. Customers with a fixed due date will be issued a 45-day invoice, respecting this fixed due date. All goods remain the property of SUPER-EGO TOOLS, S.L.U. until full payment has been made, in accordance with the invoice.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE:** **.
Under no circumstances will returns of goods be accepted without the prior authorisation of SUPER-EGO TOOLS, S.L.U. and must be accompanied by the "RETURNS REPORT" from our Delegate or Representative previously authorised by the Administration or Sales Management.
1. SUPER-EGO TOOLS, S.L.U. will only accept returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors attributable to SUPER-EGO TOOLS, S.L.U. that are returned to the factory within 15 days of dispatch.
2. Under no circumstances will returns of articles not included in this price list be accepted, nor those from promotions or sales. We will not accept returns of tools in defective cardings or displays.
3. Returns will only be accepted if they are carriage paid.
4. To accept a return it must be documented with a photocopy of the original invoice(s).
5. All returns (except those corresponding to paragraph 1) will be deducted 50% (as a result of handling, counting, quality control inspection and recovery), if necessary.
REPAIRS:.
The articles to be repaired must be sent with the repair request form duly completed, which can be downloaded from our website: www.super-ego.es. Items to be repaired under warranty must be accompanied by a photocopy of the purchase invoice.

The products listed in the SUPER-EGO price list are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, except in exceptional cases where a longer guarantee is provided. In addition, SUPER-EGO items are guaranteed in perpetuity against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts, provided that the defects are not caused by abnormal use. Any tool, machine or equipment, for replacement or repair, must first be checked by our Technical Department.
