Threading machine with capacity for 1/2”-4” (DIN 2999 BSPT right hand). Allows for all tube operations, cutting, reaming and threading in minimum time.

3 speed transmission system for maximum production, reducing drastically the threading time for any size. Unique die opening system for highly precise threading.

Features

Less than 100 seconds for a perfect thread on a 4” pipe. Less than 20 seconds for 1” pipe.
1/2” to 2” threading die compatible with the 2” Heavy Work threader.
Die with a unique copying system. With this system, only 4 20 mm dies are mounted, which reduces significantly the power consumption and increases the threading speed.
Powerful and quiet single phase capacitor motor, insulated according to VDE/CEE standards. Since no brushes are used, the motor is basically maintenance free.
The die is provided with a micro-adjust opening system for fine adjustment of each size (Die 2.1/2”-4”).
Thread length is selected by quick change of the position of the copying profile, and according to each size.
Mechanical oil circulation pump.
